Q: Should I request a quote?
A: YES! Please call or email us so we may prepare a quote based exactly on what you need, nothing more, nothing less! This way you know exactly how much your project is going to cost. We can also offer better pricing if you request a quote.
Q: How do I order?
A: To order, please contact us so that we may quote your project. Once we give you your price, we will give you the details on how to get your master to us.
Q: What forms are required for me to sign?
A: We have two forms; a Copyright Form and a Content Submittal Form.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We take Visa and Mastercard. We also accept checks, money orders and PayPal. For qualifying customers, we can setup payment terms of NET 30.
Q: Where do I get my templates?
A: Please email us or call in to have your templates emailed to you.
Q: Do you keep my master?
A: We keep all materials on file so you may re-order quickly. Turn arounds on re-orders are quick since everything is setup and ready to go!
Q: How should I supply my materials?
A: Please provide two masters per title, (1 as backup) if possible. You may send your artwork by email or send it with you masters on a CDR. You may also upload your artwork to our FTP servers. You will be given the FTP info when you order.
